A deposit of 30% of the total price is due upon booking.
This amount must be paid within 5 days without deduction.
The remaining amount must be paid 14 days before departure.
Once the total amount has been paid, the code for the key safe will be sent to you shortly before your arrival.

Up to 61 days before arrival: free cancellation
Up to 31 days before arrival: 30 % of the total price will be charged
Up to 16 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged
Up to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total price will be charged
From the 6th day before arrival, no-show or early departure 100% of the total price will be charged.
