The vacation home is located in the municipality of Obdach, north of the Obdacher Sattel. To the west, the municipality extends to the Seetal Alps with the region’s summit king, the Zirbitz. The border to the state of Carinthia is only approx. 30 km away.

With the Obdach ski lift and the Rieseralm ski region, Obdach offers a snow experience for beginners and fun on the slopes for pros.
The Klippitztörl ski area in Carinthia offers winter sports enthusiasts 28 kilometers of pistes spread over 13 runs. The ski area is ideal for families, beginners and those returning to the sport, but experienced skiers will also get their money’s worth.
Fun in summer too: Carinthia’s most spectacular summer toboggan run on the Klippitztörl awaits you at an altitude of 1818 m. The ride is over 1400 meters long.
